Specialized items like tires, scrap metal, green/yard waste, and mattresses are accepted at both locations. We conveniently accept cash and card payments at both locations!

Do you take furniture and appliances?
Yes! we take furniture and appliances.
What materials are prohibited?
We can accommodate most material depending on quantity. Any questions concerning hazardous materials please contact our office, we have outlets but may require special handling.
What is C&D and MSW?
C&D is construction debris of all types, remodels, new construction, and just general clean up around your house. MSW is household garbage generally generated from kitchens, containing food items. Normally MSW is bagged, and C&D is not bagged.
Do both transfer stations accept C&D and MSW?
Our Tom Boyd location accepts all waste material, both C&D and MSW. Our Blairsville location is a C&D tipping floor only, but will accept small Amounts of MSW (BAGGED GARBAGE) at the convenience center located onsite with the transfer station.
